2. What Qualifies as a Free Revision

• The request is made within the revision window communicated for the package, if any

3. What Is Not Covered as a Free Revision

The following may require an extra charge or a fresh order:

• Addition of new jobs, new qualifications, new certifications, or new achievements after delivery
• Change of target industry, target role, country, or career direction
• Complete rewriting due to changed preferences not included in the original brief
• Requests for extra services not included in the purchased package
• Repeated or excessive revision cycles without substantive reason
• Revisions requested after a long delay from final delivery, where the profile or requirements have changed materially

4. Revision Request Process

To request a revision, the customer should email the support team with:

• Order details
• Clear revision points
• Specific lines or sections to be updated
• Supporting clarification, where needed

5. Response Time

We aim to review revision requests promptly. Standard revision turnaround may vary depending on workload, document complexity, and clarity of feedback.

6. Abuse of Revision Policy

We reserve the right to limit or refuse revision requests in cases of:

• Abusive or inappropriate conduct
• Contradictory or shifting instructions
• Misuse of the policy
• Repeated requests beyond the purchased scope

7. Final Review Responsibility

Customers are encouraged to review all final documents carefully before use. Final proofreading by the customer is recommended for personal preferences, factual verification, and job-specific customisation.
